Program description
The Boca STR informational messaging program may send text messages about an availability request, responses to your questions, scheduling, reservation or application steps, property information, arrival or departure coordination, and support related to your furnished stay.
This consent does not authorize unrelated advertising or promotional text messages. Any future marketing program would require its own clear and separate consent.
How consent works
You opt in by entering a mobile number on the Boca STR availability form and affirmatively selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox. The checkbox is not selected in advance.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting availability, renting, purchasing, or receiving services from Boca STR.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us or opt out before discontinuing its use.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, requested dates, and the amount of stay-related coordination needed. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Boca STR does not charge a separate fee for participating in the program.
Stop messages at any time
Reply STOP to a Boca STR text to opt out. We will send one confirmation that your opt-out request was processed, and then stop messages covered by that consent. We also honor other clear requests to end text messages, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.
After opting out, you may continue to communicate with Boca STR by email. Text messages will resume only if you affirmatively opt in again.
Get help
Reply HELP for assistance or email inquiries@bocastr.com. Include enough information for us to identify the inquiry, but do not send sensitive personal information by text or ordinary email.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information. Boca STR does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery and eligibility
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on every device, carrier, or service plan.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. If we learn that a number has been reassigned or cannot receive messages, we may suspend messaging to that number.
Changes and contact
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program and may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. A material change to the purpose of the messages may require new consent.
