A $500 reservation hold is credited toward the first month’s rent; it is not refundable within 14 days of arrival. Late rent after the 3rd carries a $100 charge plus $10 per day. Change and early-termination terms are provided in the agreement before booking.

The no-deposit figures above use a nonrefundable waiver or monthly fee. You may choose a traditional refundable security deposit instead. We will show the applicable written terms before you decide.
